TRACK & FIELD CONDITIONING
If your athlete is within the ages of 5 to 18 and is interested in joining the Peninsula Flyers for either of these Fall Programs here is how to get started.
Here is how to get started:
1. Send us an email using the “Contact Us” Page of the website.
1. Attend any of the below trial practice sessions.
Cross Country – 6:00pm – 7:15pm @ Stanford University Track
Mon 9/11 & Wed 9/13
6:00pm – 7:15pm – (Ages 5-11)
Tues 9/12 & Thurs 9/14
6:00pm – 7:30pm – (Ages 12 & Older)
Track & Field – @ Palo Alto High School Track
Monday 9/11 & Wednesday 9/13
5:30pm-6:30pm – (Ages 12 & Younger);
Tuesday 9/12 & Thursday 9/14
6:00pm – 7:30pm – (Ages 13 & Older)
3. Complete and return team paperwork at next practice session.
